Based in the centre of Bristol the St James Priory provides a unique service for people with addictions. We offer quality residential support and treatment for people with a substance dependency and a caring yet structured approach for an abstinence based recovery.

However, we are aiming to re-open this valuable resource at the earliest opportunity.
We are currently exploring alternative funding and operational options.
Volunteering
The Charity was founded on a voluntary basis and with the dedication and commitment of voluntary workers a strong foundation was built.
We are seeking Volunteers currently for cleaning, maintenance and general support.
Sunday Mass
Mass is celebrated every Sunday at 8am.
There is no priest attached to St James Priory so a priest from St Mary on the Quay celebrates Mass every Sunday at 8am.
